Carolina Broadleaf

Curly Leaf Variety

Old favorite “Florida Broadleaf” mustard is now having big problems with a new bacterial blight, so Carolina breeders have come to the rescue and added needed resistance! 16-24 in. tall plants, green leaves, pick them small for salads, or larger for cooking.

Jeolla Do

Curly Leaf Variety

Developed from a wild mustard in Korea, this variety has been selected for deep purple coloring, large leaf and pink petioles. Coarse leafed, with a delicious pungent mustard flavor, it's primarily used for mustard kimchi, a specialty of Jeolla Do province. It's hardy constitution also makes it fairly resistant to most pests.
