Deep Purple Bunching
Rich reddish purple scallions. The first red buncher that is highly colored at any temperature.
Bright white shanks with no bulbing, and dark green, erect foliage. Very uniform, upright growth makes for easy harvest and cleaning.
Beautiful red cipollini that, compared to other 'Red Marble' strains, is more uniform with stronger thrips resistance, cleaner skins, and longer storage. Luxuriant, rich red color travels deep into the rings. A good hard-storage variety with thin necks.
Tokyo Long Bunching
Slim white onions with upright blue-green tops that grow quickly up to 12 inches and can form clumps up to 8 inches. Great for harvest in spring, summer and fall. Tolerant of heat and some cold. Excellent mild flavor for salads and stir-fries.
These yellow onions are dense, round, heavy, and very spicy, with papery tan to brown wrappers and creamy skin. The mainstay onion of any kitchen, they are excellent for cooking.
White onions are dense, round, tender, and succulent, with papery white wrappers and ivory skin. Somewhat milder than their yellow cousins, they are excellent for cooking as well as for use in salsas and sauces
